It won't be painless, it won't be quick. But God will use this mess for good. In the meantime don't be foolish or naive. With God's help you will get through this don't despair. By giving us stories in the bible, God gives us the ability to see His plans. You represent a challenge to satans plans, if Satan can influence you he can mute you. You are God's child, you are His first choice, bought with the blood of Christ. Your struggles won't last forever. A grateful heart sees each day as a gift. Revealing leads to healing. Never pay evil for evil. Forgiveness does not diminish judgement. Keep the Sabbath Holy and wait on the Lord and He will work for you. Delight yourself in God. He is The great physician. This book gives a great account of the story of Joseph and explains how to make your mess into a message. In God's hand intended evil is eventual good. With God's help you can bounce back! God is in all days. Keep no list of wrongs. Hate the wrongs , not the wrong doer . Wait on the Lord.
